You may request a specific GP or clinician when booking your appointment, either online via AskMyGP or by speaking to our reception team. We will try to accommodate your preference where possible, particularly for ongoing or long-term conditions.
Appointments are offered based on clinical urgency, clinician availability, and capacity. If your preferred clinician is not available within a suitable timeframe, our care navigation team may arrange an appointment with another appropriate clinician to ensure your health needs are addressed safely and promptly.
