We are developing a Patient Participation Group and we discuss survey results and patient feedback to help plan a better future for all of us. The group meets every four months to discuss the most topical elements of our practice and to learn more about how we plan to make improvements. We are always looking for new members and you are very welcome to get involved.

Complaints

Should you wish to make a complaint about our service in the first instance, please ask to speak to our Practice Manager. Alternatively, you can put your complaint in writing to the Practice Manager.
