Do you have an opinion or experiences you want to share with us?
Do you want to be involved in the development of our services?
If the answer is yes, we want to hear from you!

We are developing a Patient Participation Group and we discuss survey results and patient feedback to help plan a better future for all of us. The group meets every four months to discuss the most topical elements of our practice and to learn more about how we plan to make improvements. We are always looking for new members and you are very welcome to get involved.

If you want to get involved click here or drop into reception and pick up a form from our staff.

Should you wish to make a complaint about our service in the first instance, please ask to speak to our Practice Manager. Alternatively, you can put your complaint in writing to the Practice Manager.

If the Practice Manager cannot resolve the issue or should you be dissatisfied with the outcome you also have the right to approach the following:

The Parliamentary Ombudsman: 0345 015 4033
Web: www.ombudsman.org.uk

NHS England: 0300 311 22 33
Email: england.contactus@nhs.net
